  3. The reply appears in Mila’s widget, and she thanks the team.

01What happens when the trial ends?

The widget disappears from your site until you subscribe. Your conversations stay in the inbox.

02Does the price include tax?

$19 per month plus applicable taxes. Paddle handles billing as Merchant of Record.

03Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

04Does it work with React, Next.js or Vue?

Yes. Add the script tag once to your root layout; the widget follows route changes.

05My site has a Content Security Policy.

Allow https://app.zenvor.chat in script-src and frame-src.

06Need more team members or projects?

Not yet. Email support@zenvor.chat and tell us what you need.

07How long are files kept?

Attachments are kept for 90 days. Conversations are kept while your project exists.

08Where is my data stored?

In the EU. Conversations are stored in Germany, files in AWS Frankfurt.

09Does a bot ever reply for us?

No. Every reply is written by someone on your team. The only automatic message is a reply your team writes in advance for new conversations.

10What isn’t included?

Email and social channels, tickets, a help center and a CRM. zenvor.chat is chat on your site or in your app, with one inbox for your team.
