Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of zenvor.chat, a hosted customer-support chat service operated by Aleksandra Reznik, an individual based in Montenegro (“zenvor.chat,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

zenvor.chat provides one embeddable support-chat project, a team inbox, realtime messaging, visitor context, and private file attachments. The current plan includes up to ten team members. We may improve the service or make reasonable changes that do not materially reduce the features you have already paid to use.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly tell us about unauthorized account access. The workspace owner is responsible for invited team members and activity within the workspace.

3. Customer and visitor data

You retain your rights in content submitted through the service. You authorize us to host, transmit, back up, and otherwise process that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and maintain the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and providing any notices required to collect visitor data through your website.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use zenvor.chat to:

• break the law or infringe another person’s rights;
• send spam, malware, deceptive messages, or abusive content;
• collect sensitive data without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards;
• probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass the security of the service;
• resell or provide access to the service without our written permission;
• use the service for a product prohibited by Paddle or its payment partners.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to stop harm, comply with law, respond to a provider requirement, or investigate a material breach. Where practical, we will notify you and allow you to correct the issue.

5. Trial, price, and payment

The service includes a 14-day free trial without a payment card. After the trial, the subscription price is USD $19 per month, plus applicable taxes, if any, as shown at checkout. Prices and the total amount due are displayed before you confirm a purchase.

Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for paid transactions. Paddle processes payment, calculates applicable taxes, and issues the receipt. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms, which apply to the transaction. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card details.

6. Renewals and cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. The workspace owner can cancel from Billing in the product. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access continues until that date unless the checkout or product states otherwise. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Canceling stops future renewals; it does not by itself refund a payment already made — see our Refund Policy.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, linked from the footer of every page. It covers our money-back guarantee, how to request a refund, and how refunds are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

8. Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider failures, emergencies, and events outside our reasonable control may interrupt access. Contact support@zenvor.chat for support. We aim to respond within three business days.

9. Intellectual property

zenvor.chat, its software, design, branding, and documentation remain ours or our licensors’. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active. They do not transfer ownership of the service or your content.

10. Account termination and data deletion

You may permanently delete your workspace from Settings. We may end these Terms for a material breach, unlawful use, non-payment, or when we discontinue the service. Deleting a workspace cancels its paid subscription immediately. Where reasonable, we will provide notice. Some limited records may be retained when required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We exclude implied warranties that may legally be excluded. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for it during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These exclusions and limits do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot be limited and mandatory consumer remedies.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational, or product reasons. We will publish the new effective date and provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms, except where law requires express consent.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in Montenegro may hear disputes, but this does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections or courts available under the law of the consumer’s country.
